Well, it has been a very long time since I was active here but I think it is about time I try to get back into it. I haven't had much time or money to invest in photography lately but I have alot of back stock that I can sift through that never made it to DA. Not sure when I will be able to take the time to format a few and toss 'em up but at least I am making an effort, which is better than nothing I guess.

Things in real life have been stressful which is the main reason that I needed to take a break from DA. Just got my real estate license in December and I have been assuming all sorts of new responsibilities at work since then. I am going to be taking some design related continuing ed courses to renew my license (don't ask why I have to do that only 4 months after getting the thing) which will give me much needed expertise in helping people get their houses ready to sell. Not quite the path I thought my career was going to take out of school but I am coming to enjoy it which I guess is all you can really ask.

As for art, been doing alot of drawing and painting recently rather than the typical work I put up here. Unless I take pictures of the paintings, they are too big to get up here and I am not sure when and if I would be able to get that done. I am lucky I have been able to afford rent and bills after tossing 500 or so dollars into getting the car inspected. Gotta love it when the brakes on the front and back wear out together...just my luck!

Anyway, better bring this journal entry to a close before I bore you to death. It is safe to inspect some kind of contributions from me in the not too distant future, I just can't promise what. Might be pulling pages out of my sketch books or showing off small drawings in addition to my typical photos...who knows.
